We have reimagined the innovation of live-work accommodation into studio spaces that invite you to sink into the sophisticated comfort of bespoke residential living without compromising on design, amenities, and personalized service. Our studio apartments seek to liven and excite through a contemporary style that evokes individuality and that style met by function with every studio equipped with the essential amenities for ultimate convenience and comfort.
Each studio apartment comprises of one king size bed with ensuite bathroom, a well equipped kitchenette with a two hob induction stove, exhaust hood, microwave, dish dryer, coffee machine, a fridge with a separate freezer as well as an instant hot and cold filtered water dispenser. Apartment facilities also include a large island table that serves as a work desk and substitutes as a dining table, a washer/dryer, an independent split system air conditioning and heating unit, a remote controlled bidet, 50" 4K Ultra HDTV with Google TV, bluetooth speaker, and free wired and wireless internet. Some apartments also feature a private balcony. Other on-site amenities include a fitness centre, communal roof deck and resident’s lounge.
Full housekeeping services are provided once weekly, and limited services twice weekly. Concierge services are available from 08:00 - 20:00 followed by overnight security.
Cancellation Policy
- 65 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival, thereafter the first 30 nights' rent required at the time of booking will no longer be refundable.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guests in house requesting to shorten their stay/booking, aside from paying off all fees payables, any rental fees already received by guest is not refundable and in addition Lessee shall also pay Lessor a fine which is equal to 30 nights rent.
- For guests in house 21 days notice is required to extend their stay/booking, should there be availability, the renewed lease conditions shall be re-negotiated.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
