Modern Living Nakano II is a 4 story Guesthouse and Apartment Building nestled in a quiet residential area. The Guesthouse rooms are 8 private rooms on the ground floor and 7 on the fourth floor with 12 social apartments on the second and third floors. The Guesthouse rooms on the 1st and 4th floors have kitchens, dining, living areas, showers and bathrooms on both floors. Each social apartment is equipped with a small kitchen and unit bath.

12 Apartments and 15 Guesthouse rooms, only 8 minutes from Takadanobaba, 11 minutes away from Shinjuku (bicycle distance). Six minutes’ walk from Numabukuro Station, bus or bicycle distance from Nakano Station (Rapid Train Service), with easy access to all of Tokyo. Shinjuku Station a main transit hub for all of Tokyo providing connections to major train and bus lines, as well as both international airports and connections to most major lines, is 4 stops from this location. Takadanobaba Station with access to the JR Yamanote Line as well as the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line is just 3 stops from this location. All of Tokyo is at your fingertips. Cancellation Policy

  • 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 6th September then gives notice on the 5th September, then 1 days notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
