Recently and stylishly renovated three bedroom house that can accommodate up to eight guests. Lyell House boasts two reception rooms, a garden and off road parking for two cars. Located in the Parkstone area of Poole, a stone’s throw from ever popular Ashley Cross and the famous Sandbanks Peninsula.
The space
Inside, the property has been decorated using a neutral palette with pops of colour provided by feature walls and statement furniture. The result gives a sense of somewhere you can relax, but also have fun! With two reception rooms and a garden, there is plenty of space to play games, watch movies together, read and spend quality time with your loved ones.
Kitchen
Located to the front of the property you will find the kitchen modern and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery for up to eight guests and you will be pleased to hear there is a dishwasher! There is also a washer/dryer available for your use during your stay.
The Lounge
The lounge diner is the perfect place to relax and entertain. The luxurious blue velvet sofa is both comfortable and stylish. The chaise lounge feature of the sofa provides a great place to chill out and watch a film on the 42” Smart TV, which you can use to sign in to your preferred streaming platform. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed upon request.
The extendable dining table is ideal for dinner parties during your stay with space and seating for up to eight guests.
You will find a contemporary conservatory off the rear of the lounge. This has been tastefully decorated with exposed brick features and a small seated area providing a view of the beautifully presented garden.
Bedrooms 1 and 2
The soft pink walls of the bedrooms feel intimate and relaxing. Bedroom one features a large bay window, which keeps the room airy and light, while bedroom 2 offers a view out over the garden. There are bedside tables and wardrobes available in both rooms.
There is a super king size bed in bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has two single beds which can be made into a super king size bed upon request.
Bedroom 3
With lime green walls and two single bunk beds, this room is perfect for the kids. There is a built-in wardrobe perfect for storing clothes and toys during your stay.
THE BATHROOMS
On the ground floor there is a clean and well presented bathroom with a corner bath. On the first floor you will find a sizable bathroom with a beautiful patterned tile floor and bath with shower overhead. We will provide towels and complimentary mini toiletries for your use during your stay.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The garden to the rear of the property is beautifully presented with a brand new block paved patio and a modern and funky landscaped border. Complete with a table and chairs this space is great for enjoying the sun and dining al fresco.
It may also be useful to know that there is a covered and secure pathway to the side of the house which can be used to store bikes during your stay.

Lyell House has excellent transport links, with a variety of buses available from Ashley Road, Parkstone (0.3 miles). The closest train stations are Parkstone (1 mile) and Branksome 1.1 miles). Bournemouth Airport is just 20 minutes’ drive from this property.
