A super quiet link-detached contemporary 5-bedroom property that will sleep up to 10 guests. There are 8 actual beds in total (two of them doubles). This spacious home-from-home is situated in a private cul-de-sac, (i.e. no through road) so no through road noise for those wanting a good night’s rest.
Comes with a private non overlooked garden with patio decking and lawn. There is also non-restricted on-its-own-drive parking in front of the house for up to three cars.
The space
Kitchen Area Fully equipped with new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, built in fridge/freezer and separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and toaster. There is also a sensible supply of pots and pans for 10 people, along with its own hoover, cleaning materials, bin liners and some dishwasher tablets, plus sharp knives, and full collection of new cooking utensils. There is also an iron and board in a utility cupboard.
Living / Dining Area
Beautifully designed open plan lounge and dining area with a large extendable dining table to seat your guests together. There are 2 couches and a large lounge chair and direct access to private garden via double patio doors. There is a wall mounted smart TV that you can swivel around and watch from anywhere in the room giving access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub and hundreds of different channels etc.
Downstairs Single Bedroom This bright single room with clothes rack and super comfy and brand-new mattress for a good night’s rest. NB. Linens, plus towels all provided in all bedrooms
Downstairs Twin Bedroom (sleeps 3) This is a large room with a single bed and a double bed, extremely cosy and welcoming with clothes rack and brand new standard double bed with brand-new top-quality mattress. We take pride in providing a comfy night sleep which is a hallmark of all or properties.
Upstairs Master Bedroom A lovely contemporary design master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes with a huge amount of storage space and an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs Twin Bedroom (sleeps 3)
This is a large room with a single bed and a double bed - extremely cosy and welcoming with clothes racks and brand-new beds and mattresses. All the rooms are quiet.

This is a cosy twin room with two single beds and built-in wardrobe space. Brand new beds and mattresses.
Upstairs Study
We created a study room if you need some privacy and need to do some work in peace. Complete with leather office chair, book shelving and cupboards- ready to start work!
Garden
The house benefits from its own very private, fenced garden with wooden decked patio. It’s a well-maintained space with, shrubs and provides a welcome break to relax with small trees and shrubbery and side access to house.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property. This property had its own private door and separate entrance with its own drive. You will have a very easy to use and locate key box access with code provided on booking.
