Carruthers Court is a residential apartment block which is why we have a strict no party policy in place.
Carruthers Court is an ideal location for business travellers. The apartment block was built in 2021 and so offers guests an extremely modern feel with beautiful finishing. Flats 11 and 12 boasts a large balcony for guest to sit out and enjoy the sunshine during warmer months and watch the sunset over the city in the evenings. There is super fast broadband in each apartment and a smart TV in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower and there is also a main bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The city is easily walkable for visitors with good mobility - the main shopping and tourist area stretches from St Marks Shopping centre in the south up to the Cathedral Quarter - known locally as 'Uphill'.
Steep Hill, voted Britain's Great Street, connects 'downhill' and 'uphill' Lincoln. Yes, it is steep as its name suggests, but well worth the walk!
