The ground floor of this property has been thoughtfully extended, with a beautifully designed dining room for up to 8 guests, leading through to a cosy lounge featuring a beautiful original fireplace and a large bay window to the front. Complete with 50 inch Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix, board games and library.

Followed through to a modern full kitchen with integrated appliances, with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, oven and microwave. Flooded with natural light and Bi-folding doors opening onto a beautifully presented rear decking with comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities all draped under carnival lights.
