I’m 21 and would like to visit Amsterdam next year probably in May. I don’t have anything planned out yet but I know I want to go. I know in the US in some places you have to be a certain age (25) and have a credit card to stay at hotels. I was wondering if it is like that for Amsterdam as well. Also what would I need to show when I get to a hotel, like my license or passport? Do I need a credit card or could I stick to my debit to pay for the stay? Does the cost go up for hotels that time of year? Thanks
