With a height of 52 meters, The Tower stands out not only because of its size, but also because of its green facade. With more than 50,000 evergreen plants ranging from lavender, rosemary, wood fern to sage, the diversity of plants makes a significant contribution to the climate in our own Black F Tower walls as well as the entire city of Freiburg. Our roof terrace on the 16th floor completes the Tower with a breathtaking unique view over Freiburg and the Black Forest. As a special highlight, it also houses four bee colonies that not only produce our own Black F honey, but also contribute to the plant and insect bio-diversity in the Güterbahnhof area. Our 54 fully furnished and high-quality luxury serviced apartments in the centrally located in Güterbahnhofareal Freiburg consist of 40 studios and 14 suites and all have their own balcony. Our lobby also serves as an extended living room, where our resident 5 meter high tree (what type of tree)  provides a special ambience and excellent humidity. On the roof terrace you are able to cook in the outdoor kitchenette or enjoy the sun in our cozy chill-out zones. Those who want to exercise can go to the gym across the street or cool off in the outdoor pool. Within a few minutes’ walk there are numerous gastronomic offerings, such as a breakfast café, tapas bar, and a Baden-style inn which serves authentic German Cuisine. Regional products can be purchased every Thursday directly at the farmers' market in front of the main entrance. 

We take pride in providing efficient digitalized services at the Black F Tower. Our guests can use completely contactless digital check-in and check-out. Each guest receives his or her personal access code by e-mail on their day of arrival.
