Cancellation Policy

Reservation :

No security deposit will be required

You will receive a confirmation email immediately with a contract to be returned to us signed.

Any request to extend a lease must be sent to us 28 days before the end date of the initial lease term at the latest.

If the client does not assume responsibility for all damage, telephone use and
VOD use over and above the inclusive price, the occupant must provide us with complete information for his/her valid credit card, on the move in date at the latest.

For legal reasons, please provide us with the first and last names appearing on the passport or identity card, and attach a copy of it. We will require a copy of the "occupant's" identity card or passport upon confirmation, in order to avoid any dispute with the tax authorities and this will help us to give a proof of residence if needed.

Cancellation :

By email.

Any modification of the lease terms by the client must be communicated by email 28 days before taking effect.

  • 28 Days’ Notice is Required to Cancel your booking prior To Arrival.
  • For Guest In-House 28 Days’ Notice Is Required to Shorten or Extend Their Stay/Booking. For example: If you give us notice to vacate the counting will start tomorrow.
  • All Cancellations or Extension Requests Must Be Made in Writing Via Email.

Payment:

Payment will be made ideally by transfer.

Invoices will be prepared monthly and payment must be done with 30 days period.

Move in:

Each new occupant must provide us with his/her contact information (cell phone number and email address) so that we can manage his/her move in as smoothly as possible.

Monday through Sunday from 8AM to 8PM.

Checking-in after 8PM until before 8AM (the following day) is possible but with a mandatory private driver with additional cost. Coming from Orly or CDG airport (extra charge for Beauvais) of €110 + VAT 20%, that is €132 VAT included (In case of additional stopover on the way, the driver may fix an extra rate). Coming from any Train Station or Parisian Point the rate will be 80€ + VAT 20%, that is €96 VAT included. These prices are valid for 1 vehicle only. If the second vehicle needed due to the number of luggage’s, the price will be multiple by 2.

During national holidays the agency is closed, therefore the private driver service is mandatory.

In addition, for all stays that are guaranteed for an initial period of 6 months minimum, we will be happy to offer you this complete service free of charge at the arrival of your employees/clients (1 vehicle).

Small animals will be accepted (2 animals, 30 kg each maximum), a pet fee of 80€ without vat (20%) that is 96 € vat included will be applied each month in order to cover the cost of the additional cleaning needs. Any unpaid bill will lead to the suspension of the cleaning.

Parking: The apartments are located in old, historical buildings that do not have any underground parking. To make up for that, we will assist you in finding a parking space close to your apartment to rent. We can send the links of the nearest parking area. Note that we offer folding bicycles for use free of charge.

Stay:

A specific insurance policy has been taken out for the apartment

The tenant’s personal assets are not covered by this policy

The apartment must remain continuously accessible for any technical service aimed at maintaining the apartment in working order

Any other visit will be subject to prior request made to the occupant

The tenant is responsible for the keys that are issued to him: the opening of the flat door or the replacement of the lock will be charged to the tenant in the following cases:

  • The tenant leaves his keys inside the apartment
  • The tenant forgets his keys abroad
  • The tenant loses his keys or has them stolen

Outside our office hours, between 6PM and 8AM, an emergency number is available and will be communicated to the tenant/guest at the check-in.

Move out :

The guest will leave his/her set(s) of keys on the table and close the door properly as he/she leaves. The check-out inventory will be sent within 2 working days. Any damage will be accurately estimated and invoiced separately, as will any VOD consumptions outside the basic package.
