Elm View is a newly renovated and beautifully appointed top (fourth) floor apartment situated in the heart of Southsea with allocated parking, please note there is no lift. With 1 double bedroom and 1 king-sized bedroom that can be reconfigured to a twin room, a sofa bed in the lounge and an open plan kitchen, it can comfortably accommodate 4 guests for stays of any duration and up to 6 guests for shorter stays when making use of the sofa bed in the living room.

At Elm View we offer check in from 3pm - 10pm Mon - Sat and 3pm - 9pm on Sundays and bank holidays. Check out is no later than 11am. If your arrival/departure falls outside of these times, please notify us and we will offer an alternative check in method.
The keys are ready for collection from the local key nest shop, which is just 5-minute walk from the apartment. For collection of the keys the code will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your arrival. On your day of departure please return the keys to the same shop. The shop opening times are 8am - 10pm Monday-Saturday, 8am - 8pm Sunday and 8am - 8pm on bank holidays. If your arrival/departure doesn't fall with in these times, then please contact us so we can arrange another method of check in/check out for you.
Parking: There is 1 allocated parking space at the back of the property in the car park. To get to the car park you can use the postcode PO5 1NB, or using what3words location king.violin.landed , this will direct you to the back of the apartment block it is space number 3.
Situated in Southsea, Elm View is a beautifully refurbished, spacious 2-bedroom apartment located on the Fourth Floor. Close to the seafront, Southsea shopping and nightlife, the accommodation is perfectly located to provide easy access to all that Portsmouth and Southsea has to offer while still affording a traditional Southsea setting. It's just a 15-minute walk to Southsea beach and a 5-minute drive to South Parade Pier and Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you. It’s just a short walk round the corner to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops, the beautiful Kings Theatre and the Wedgewood Rooms (live music venue).
Just a 5-minute drive or taxi ride gets you to the Historic Dockyard where you can see the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior plus a host of other exhibitions and to Gunwharf Quays for outlet shopping, plus more restaurants, bars and a cinema. Also in close proximity, is the Pyramids Centre Swimming Pool and Gym, Southsea Castle, D-Day Museum, Royal Marines Museum, Natural History Museum, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier (amusement park), Southsea Common and the Skate Park.
If you are visiting Portsmouth to work, everything is easily accessible from here.
