I am relocating to Hong Kong later this year. Can anyone guide me on some expat friendly neighbourhoods in Hong Kong?

Hey Jasper! There are many suburbs in Hong Kong where expats can stay. Some of the best ones are situated off the island. Going by my experience, I am listing two of my favourite places in Hong Kong here for you:
Discovery Bay: It is an upscale residential area with the best markets, eateries and culture clubs in Hong Kong. It is situated on the north eastern part of the Lantau island. The Hong Kong Wedding chapel is a popular wedding venue here
Sai Kung: The Back Garden of Hong Kong or Sai Kung is a peninsula in the South China Sea. Popular for its floating seafood markets and fresco waterfront eateries. It is lined with beautiful hiking paths and fishing sites. Definitely a great place to stay.
Hope this helps!

There are plenty of great places to stay in Hong Kong. The Happy Valley & Jardine’s Lookout in the Causeway Bay area, the Mid-levels in the Central and Western Hong Kong, Southern HK’s Repulse Bay, and Stanley towards the west of Shek-O are all great places to stay in Hong Kong.

Hello! Which part of Hong Kong do you wish to stay in?
Depending on the choice of your stay you could pick the ones that fit your budget. Hong Kong could prove a bit expensive in terms of accommodation. Cost of staying at a five-star accommodation could make you shell out a good US $230=HK$1,800. So choose wisely.
