The villa dates back to the fifteenth century, with wood-beamed ceilings, painted arches and vintage furniture. So hang out in the art-filled living room or wander through the gardens and soak up in the history. Guests will need a car to stay at the villa, as it's surrounded by five acres of private land. The property is surrounded by a terraced garden, bordered by stone walls, with ponds and fountains, as well as 2 hectares of land, mainly olive groves. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large entrance hall/living room with fireplace,
The structure was constructed around 1480, as shown by a metal inscription located at the entry gate. It consists of a total of four levels, which are as follows:
– On the lower ground level there is a laundry room, as well as a single bedroom and a double bedroom, both of which have private bathrooms (both with a shower).
The property’s original wine cellar has been renovated into a comfortable leisure space, complete with a whirlpool pool measuring 3 by 2 metres and a bathroom with a shower.
– On the upper ground floor, there is a large hall with a fireplace, a frescoed sitting room with a fireplace, a professional kitchen with access to the pergola, and a guest bathroom; – On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (tub), a double bedroom and a single bedroom that share a bathroom, and a single bedroom (shower).
– A TV room, large suite with a double bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a cosy sitting area with a kitchen corner are located on the second story of the tower.
The villa has undergone painstaking restoration, yet it still has many of the characteristics that are typical of structures from the Renaissance period.
