Situated on Baan Thai Surin Hill and surrounded by luscious vegetation this massive villa is the perfect place to host a large gathering, great for groups and business travelers. The villa has an astonishing total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms each fully furnished with the most luxurious amenities. Six of the bedrooms are large and luxurious, with unique individual designs, and the en-suite bathrooms are also individually designed and very special. The annex in the top level acts as the seventh bedroom with its own beautiful mini-garden. These rooms are located on different levels :

Level 1 - The Pool Terrace - has the master bedroom and the annex.

Level 2 -  has Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 (the family room)

Level 3 - The garden level - has the garden Spa (bedroom 5) and the large Garden Suite (Bedroom 6)

The master bedroom on the terrace has its own private entrance and also glass doors leading onto the Sala and swimming pool, perfect for a late night swim before bed, or in the fresh air of early morning. With its own private terrace enjoy the breathtaking views. Behind the very comfortable four posters king-size is a separate seating area with a desk and chair, and two day beds. This bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe with safe, and a very large and beautiful en-suite bathroom with private Jacuzzi.

The second bedroom on Level 2 of the villa has a super-king-sized bed and a separate sitting area with a bunk bed. It has a large and completely private terrace surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation. It also has a walk in wardrobe room with a safe. The bathroom has a toilet and separate large shower, two basins, and a unique outdoor bath.

The third bedroom on Level 2 of the villa has a super-king-size bed, seating area with bunk beds and a small terrace with a lovely view of the Andaman sea. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, toilet, 2 hand basins, and several wardrobes. It also has its own unique enclosed spa/massage area.

The Family room is the last room on the second level. This is a huge room with sofas and large TV screen. There are bunk beds, (adult size) one single bed, a queen bed and 3 cots. There is a bathroom between this family room and Bedroom 3 and both have doors leading directly into it.

The Garden Spa Bedroom is on the lower level of the villa and has its own big indoor garden spa room with sofa and chairs, indoor plants and a massage bench. It has a queen size bed and a separate lounge area with bunk beds. This bedroom has a large walk in dressing room and lovely en-suite bathroom which leads into the spa room.

The sixth bedroom, The Garden Suite is located on the same level as The Garden Spa and has a very large open plan area. This can sleep up to 5 or 6 people and has its own separate downstairs entrance and lovely private garden. There are two single beds on the mezzanine floor. On the lower level is an open plan room with a king size double bed, single bed, lounge area, bar table, fridge, TV and dressing room area with wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
