The cook will frequently take account of your likes and expectations, rarely sticking to a fixed menu plan.

Toddlers and younger children are not left out. Combined with a little magic and some help from the mums, the cook will plan special menus, ensuring the little ones also enjoy wonderful food during their luxury ski holiday and at a time best suited to them.

As ever, it is up to you to set the pace and dining can be as formal or relaxed as you wish. A typical day in the Chalet starts off with a hearty breakfast. While you are out skiing, a sumptuous afternoon tea is prepared and laid out for your return. In the evening, relax with some pre-dinner champagne and canapés before sitting down to a 4 course meal. After dinner, enjoy coffee and chocolates in front of the roaring log fire, discussing the highlights of the day.

The evening meals are complemented by a selection of delicious white and red wines. You also have the option of purchasing even higher quality wines from our extensive à la carte list. The collection is predominantly focused on French classified wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy and Languedoc, but internationally recognized local wines have also been stored in the perfect cellaring conditions.
