The national dish of Singapore is often known as chicken rice. The rice is cooked amidst chicken stock and you can choose steamed chicken options with ginger, chili and soy sauce. Other options include chili crab which is regarded as the national cuisine of Singapore and Malaysia, Char Kway Teow (Fried Rice Noodles), Singapore Laksa, Satay, and more.
