On the ground floor is one twin bedroom next to the family bathroom, ideal for those who wish to be on one level, whilst upstairs on the first floor you have two more bedrooms, one with an en-suite facility.
Fully equipped for self catering, with all essential mod cons and large sliding doors leading onto the shared external patio this property can also be rented together with it’s adjacent 1 bedroom cottage Goldridge, accessed internally through inter-connecting fire doors, to allow sleeping for up to 8 guests – please contact us to book this configuration.
This property is pet friendly for up to 2 well behaved small to medium sized four legged friends and comes complete with complimentary super-fast fibre broadband Wi-Fi at 300 mbps for your work or social needs.
Child cots and highchairs are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).

Inadown Farm consists of five well-presented holiday homes designed to offer a retreat for the busy city dweller within an hour of London in one of the most beautiful parts of the South Downs National Park.
There are many opportunities for walking, cycling and riding in the immediate vicinity of Selborne and Newton Valence as well as in the South Downs National Park. Nearby, the Queen Elizabeth Country Park with its Iron Age Village, visitor centre, walks and cycle tracks make for a great day out as does a visit to the Cathedral and Intech at Winchester.
Visit the Ropley railway workshops of the historic Watercress Railway Line, which runs between Alton and Alresford. There are several gardens and National Trust properties locally and nearby Selborne and Selborne common (National Trust) is where Gilbert White wrote the ”Natural History of Selborne” here one can visit the Gilbert White House and the Oates museum. Locally, Chawton House hosts various Jane Austen literary events.
Gunwharf Quays retail shopping, the historical Dockyard at Portsmouth and the beaches at Wittering and Hayling Island are within easy reach. There are many other activities in the area such as gliding at Lasham, racing at Goodwood, the Theatre at Chichester.
