Our Central Point serviced apartments offer a selection of spacious studio and large one bedroom serviced apartments located right in the hub of Basingstoke’s town centre with just a 5-minute walk to the train and bus stations.
The airy open plan living areas have comfy seating areas, flat screen TVs including a free Sky comprehensive package and a dining table with chairs. These serviced apartments also benefit from free unlimited WiFi.
The stylish contemporary designed kitchens are fully furnished and equipped with LED lighting, cooking and laundry facilities including; washing machine/dryer, an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all utensils.
The large bedrooms include double beds, fresh linen, bedside tables, iPod docks, hairdryer and fully fitted wardrobes. The contemporary finished bathrooms are furnished to a high standard including both shower and bath facilities, towels and miniature toiletries.
A weekly housekeeping service comes as standard after a 7-night consecutive stay, providing an uplifting clean and provision of fresh towels and bed linen.
These serviced apartments have limited chargeable car parking and a lift to all floors within the building.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation available in line with our cancellation policy stated below.
For bookings of 1-6 nights,notice is required by 2pm, 3 days prior to arrival/departure date if guest is in-house.
For bookings of 7-28 nights,notice is required by 2pm, 7 days prior to arrival/departure date if guest is in-house.
For bookings of 29+,notice is required by 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival/departure date if guest is in-house.
All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
Please note if you have booked on a non-refundable rate then you will need to pay the full amount of the booking for any cancellation.
