A short taxi ride or an 8 minute walk will have you right in the middle of the city centre for all that Belfast has to offer, whether that be the thriving nightlife scene, relaxed cafe culture or a visit to the Titanic visitor centre.
Should you wish to go further afield we are perfectly placed to go north along the Antrim coast road and visit the Giants Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge or why not head south and take a day in the Mourne mountains meandering through Tollymore forest parks walks and rivers.

56 Ulsterville Avenue is a purpose-built deluxe serviced apartment building located in south Belfast less than a mile from the Botanic Gardens, Queens University and the Ulster Museum.
Each 1-bedroom apartment has a king size bed, complimentary toiletries and towels. Our living space comprises a designer sofa and armchair and a 43 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen has full cooking facilities with a hob and an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The apartments are also equipped with a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron, and a dedicated high speed unlimited Wi-Fi connection.
Complimentary tea and coffee are provided.
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
