The space
Master Bedroom
With large windows spanning the length of the room, this master king bedroom feels light and airy. The two large wardrobes and chest of drawers provide ample storage space during your stay, and their style makes the room contemporary yet cosy. A large mirror in the centre of the room is conveniently placed to ensure you know you are looking your best before a night out at one of Southbourne’s popular independent restaurants.
A real bonus of this bedroom is the sizeable ensuite, comprising twin sinks, walk in shower with rainfall head, sink and WC.
Bedroom 1
Overlooking the back garden, this double bedroom is presented with earthy, neutral tones and offers a relaxing space to unwind after a day out at the beach. There are bedside tables, baskets and a hanging rail for storage during your stay. The ensuite comprises WC, sink and shower.
Bedroom 2
A soft pink arch frames the beds in this room and is well complemented by gold side tables, conveying elegance and glamour. A large bay window overlooks the front of the property, allowing ample natural light to enter and providing a lovely spot to sit in the morning and watch passersby head to the beach. This room has large built in wardrobes and a dressing table for use during your stay. This room can be set up as a super king size bed upon request.

Also located on the first floor and overlooking the back garden this room has a double bed and a freestanding rail for storage during your stay.

Located on the first floor is a large and immaculately presented family bathroom with a stunning freestanding bath finished in teal. With floor to ceiling tiles and elegant, traditional fixtures and fittings, this bathroom is the perfect place to soak away the stresses of everyday life. You will also find a substantial walk in shower in the family bathroom. We will provide towels and complimentary mini toiletries for your use during your stay.

Also located on the top floor, with light streaming in through windows on every wall, the lounge is a truly multifunctional space. A large grey wraparound sofa provides ample space for guests to sit and socialise or relax and read a book.
To the side of the lounge you will find a cosy cinema snug, perfect for chilling out and watching a film on the Smart TV, which you can use to sign in to your favourite streaming service. An exciting feature of this area is a clever window system which fully opens the space out and allows this area to be used year-round.
OUTSIDE SPACE
It is always a bonus to have some outdoor space when on holiday. The back garden is fully enclosed and has a large seating area that is perfect for entertaining and enjoying dinner al fresco.

There is a driveway to the front of the property with space to park 1 car with additional free parking on the street.
