Based in a highly accessible location, just two minutes from the M5 Junction 11 and GCHQ, Beechurst Serviced Apartments offer five stunning self-catering apartments, each with their own entrance, parking and facilities. A converted Victorian farmhouse, each apartment retains many of the original period features including high ceilings and sash windows, creating an airy, spacious feel, and each has been finished to a high standard with quality fittings. The apartments suit business or leisure travel and guests can stay as long as they want from a few days to a few weeks.

Facillities include high speed internet, access to a table / workspace, fully fitted kitchen, communal laundry facilities, smart TV and comfortable beds for that perfect night's sleep!

Cancellation Policy

  • 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 6th September then gives notice on the 5th September, then 1 days notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
