Our apartment house is characterized by warm colors and a clean style, where the employees who will be accommodated can feel like their second home. 46 rooms with 2+2 beds were created in the ground floor + 2 additional floors building.

The air-conditioned rooms of different sizes have their own, independent, full-fledged kitchens and bathrooms.

In order to comfortably accommodate our guests in favorable conditions, the upstairs rooms have a terrace, the rooms on the first floor have a balcony or loggia, while the upper floor has large terraces protected by shades.

Upstairs, there is a cozy lounge equipped with television and air conditioning, and a community space with terrace furniture next to the entrance is at the service of social life.

The community kitchen, which can be found on all levels, was designed for more meaningful cooking and shared meals. In addition to basic equipment, it also has a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster oven.

The guests can relax in garden furniture on the largely covered terrace behind the building, from which the spacious, landscaped garden can be seen, and from the upstairs terraces you can enjoy the surrounding forests.

During the summer, the cooking area in the garden area provides an opportunity for joint evening cooking, gatherings, and relaxing after work.

Our Guests arriving by car can park for free in the parking lot directly in front of the accommodation in our closed parking lot, partially monitored by cameras.

The operating and energy costs of our building are extremely favorable. Thanks to the cooling-heating system, which can be controlled individually from a mobile phone, it is possible to calculate costs individually for each apartment.
