This beautiful, two-bedroom, apartment is within walking distance from the Dundee University Campus, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars, restaurants.
Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door and there is a large convenience store just a 2 minute walk away.
Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum.
Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, two double bedrooms with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The dining table looking out towards Dundee also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests.
Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to.
There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive.

Being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
