<li>Set in the delightful Old Town area of Eastbourne, close to Motcombe Gardens, this sweet cottage is a great holiday bolthole.</li>
<li>Old Town Cottage is on a peaceful street that isn't a through road (so minimal traffic noise) and has a lovely rear patio garden, complete with outdoor dining set.</li>
<li>One of the bedrooms is a kingsize, and the other has a small double bed - so this property can sleep up to three adults, or two adults and two small children.</li>
<li>Downstairs, the cottage is open plan, making it airy and light.    </li>
<li>At the front is the lounge area, with a large L-shaped sofa in front of the smart TV. The dining table set against the wall is set up permanently for three, but can be pulled away from the wall and a nearby chair added if a family of four stays.</li>
<li>The kitchen is modern and well equipped, including a fridge-freezer, oven, two-ring ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. A door adjacent to the kitchen opens to the rear patio garden where you can sit and enjoy an al fresco meal.  </li>
<li>Upstairs are the two bedrooms, plus a beautifully presented bathroom, with a bath with shower over.  WiFi is provided, plus all linen and regular towels are included. Parking is on street and free of charge.</li>
