- Little Lane is a charming 2 bedroom Victorian terraced cottage in the small seaside village of Alverstoke in Gosport, Hampshire, sleeping up to 6 guests, furnished and decorated to a good 4* star standard, within a 5 minute walk of Stokes Bay beach looking over The Solent towards the Isle of Wight.
- Little Lane is a charming 2 bedroomed cottage situated in Alverstoke Village, Gosport, not far from the beach. There are 2 good sized double first floor bedrooms, one with a 5ft king size ‘zip and link’ double bed (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested) plus an en suite bathroom and the other with a 4ft 6″ double bed with an en suite shower room. On the ground floor there is also the snug which can be converted to create a third ground floor bedroom, possibly sleeping up to 6 guests in total.
- To the rear of the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, dining room, living area with a newly fitted modern shaker style kitchen, fully equipped for self catering with all essential mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine, a dining table for up to 6 guests and two sofas, a flat screen TV and Bluetooth Music Speaker.
- To the front on the ground floor is The Snug, ideal to quietly escape for a good read, or can be converted to create a third ground floor bedroom.
- French doors to the rear lead out onto a paved patio and a fully enclosed west facing rear garden which has the possibility of hiring in a Hot Tub, if desired (Conditions apply-please contact us for further details).
