Our second Hamburg premises are located on the beautiful Heckscher street, a quiet spot in the centre of the Eimsbüttel quarter. Eimsbüttel itself is a premier area, surrounded by Eppendorf, the Sternschanze and St. Pauli. 

A special feature of our building is the floor-to-ceiling windows which fill the space with natural light. In addition to our digital services, we offer an underground parking garage, charging stations for electric vehicles, a laundry room and on-site cleaning services. Here, you can rent one of our new ipartments, swap your car for one of our rental bikes and start living. 

Extra ambience: In the ipartment Medium, the living, sleeping, working, cooking and dining areas are integrated harmoniously and generously into an open floor plan. 
Custom-made furniture fittings, design wallpaper and the selected furnishings by Vitra, Muuto, KFF, Hay, Fermliving, the designer kitchen and the queen size bed (160cm) are skillfully integrated. A comfortable sofa completes this unit. Modern technology – from high-speed wifi, bluetooth box to smart TV – makes living and working even more relaxing. 

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
