Located in Saldanha, Kanto is a modern 115 square meter apartment brimming with light. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is inspired by the Japanese mountainside, adopting a minimalist design.
Upon walking into the apartment, the kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances, with cabinets with custom wood finishings. The living room is bright with a modern design, with a custom neon light and unique textured-like painting. The dining table sits behind the lounge area, which comes with a dedicated work space to meet all one's remote work needs. Across the hallway, there is a bathroom with a full shower.
The ensuite bedroom, fitted with a queen-sized bed, is minimalist and chic in its decor. The ensuite bathroom has a full shower. At the end of the hallway, find a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a small balcony. The third bedroom adjacent has a one-of-a-kind wooden headboard on the queen-sized bed. This bedroom also has a personal work desk and a balcony. All bed and bath linens are provided.
*This Ukio apartment can be booked for a period of one month and up to ten months.

Cancellation Policy
- Minimum stay is 31 nights (92 for Berlin)
- 30 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September and then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
