Modern, spacious and cosy 4 bedroom house which can sleep up to 10 guests.
There are 3 allocated parking spaces adjacent to the house. Additional street parking is also available directly outside the property free of charge. Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 has zip link beds which can either be kept as 2 single beds or zipped together to form a king sized bed. Bedroom 4 has a single bed. If you would like the single beds to be zipped together, please kindly let us know prior to arrival.
The living room has further 2 double-sized sofa beds.
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
