Fully refurbished in May 2023 it now provides modern, spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests. 

The spacious house features a cosy living/dining room with comfortable seating and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a ground-floor bedroom with twin beds. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge/ freezer, microwave, and kettle. Care has been taken to include all the utensils required to cook up a storm in the kitchen. 

 There are two additional bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample storage. It also has a very spacious, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin, and wc. Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet rolls) are provided. In addition, there is an extra outdoor WC!   For longer stays, a complimentary fortnightly clean is offered. 

There is free high-speed wireless Wifi throughout. For your convenience, we have provided an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothes drying stand. 

Outside there is a private rear yard for you to enjoy during your stay. The house also benefits from street parking, both at the front and rear of the property,  making it easy to explore the local area and discover the many attractions that Chorley has to offer.
