Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom house located in Great Sankey, Warrington. The house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and is perfect for families, and groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway, or for contractors working in the area. 
The property comprises a spacious living with smart leather sofas and a flat-screen TV.  The modern fitted kitchen/dining room spans the length of the house and is a happy space, with plenty of daylight filtering through the French doors leading to the garden. The newly revamped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils, so you can cook up a storm at the end of a hard day at work.
There are 3 bedrooms with 5 single beds.  For longer stays, it may be possible to combine 2 beds to create a double. The bedrooms include comfortable beds, storage space and fresh linens. The modern bathroom has a shower, wash basin and wc. Fresh towels, linens and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap and toilet rolls) are provided. In addition, for longer stays, a complimentary fortnightly clean is offered. 
There is free high-speed wireless Wifi throughout. For your convenience, we have provided an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothes drying stand. 
The house is set back from a main road, so it’s easy to locate and just a short distance from Warrington town centre.  There is parking available directly in front of the house and nearby easy access to public transport links. There is a spacious rear garden, which is perfect if you wish to sit outside in summer.
