The apartment is located in a modern building at ul. Avenue of Architects in Wrocław. There is a grocery store (60 m) and a greengrocer (90 m) nearby, and there is a SushiTU restaurant and an organic food shop in the neighboring building. In the area there are also the Glinianki Bathing Beach (900 m), WakePark (2.6 km) and numerous large parks. Access to the city center by car will take about 15-18 minutes. There is one parking space in the underground garage at guests' disposal. You can also get to the center by tram - the stop is 3 minutes from the accommodation. The location also allows for quick access to the airport - travel to the Wrocław Airport S.A. takes about 12 minutes by car.
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
