<li>A superb 3 bedroom holiday cottage in Newton Valence, Hampshire, with a beautiful open plan ground floor living space with large sliding doors onto the shared external patio and a double height vaulted space looking up to the first floor gallery above.</li>
<li>The ground floor accommodates an open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area (complete with all essential mod cons for self catering), plus a spacious wet room. Opposite the wet room is a twin double bedroom with specially designed access ramps for wheelchair users to gain access from the living and bedroom areas onto the shared external patio, making it ideal for those with limited mobility.</li>
