The apartment is fully equipped with all appliances you might need for a comfortable stay. It features parquet floors, central system of heating and air conditioning . It has a big living room, with two sofas, one of them is a double sofa bed, ideal to use for a family of 3 or 4. The bedroom has a double comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker machine, etc. There is also a small laundry room, with washing machine. The apartment has ensuite bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is complete bathroom with a shower. It features an open style fully equipped kitchen. The living room is bright, with lots of natural light. It opens to the dining area, with working space and a hall with hydraulic floors. It is a quiet apartment, as it faces the back of the building, there is no street noise.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
