The first bedroom has two twin sized beds that can be made into a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third snd the fourth bedrooms have a single bed. The kitchen is open style with the dinning room and living room area. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). The apartment has a small Spanish balcony overlooking the back patio of the building making this apartment a very quiet choice. The decorations are light, neutral and pleasant that anyone can appreciate. The whole apartment is recently renovated and brand new. The building has an elevator (please note that there are 5-6 steps to the apartment door from the elevator) and there is heating and air conditioning.
The location is perfect. You are in the Eixample area within walking distance to the most important points in the city like the Passeig de Gracia, the Ramblas, the Plaza Universitat and the Barcelona University, and many grocery stores and novelty shops and cafés. Eixample is known for its restaurants and larger streets giving more urban breathing room. There is also a pedestrian street called Enrique Granados that is lovely and full of art galleries, restaurants and small flower shops. The main city centre is within a 10 minute walk and you are close to all forms of public transportation like taxis, metros and the bus.

Cancellation Policy
- 48 hours notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 24 hours notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
