It is rare to find a flat such as this one - a huge terrace, views of the Sagrada Familia, and amazing decor! The wrap around outdoor terrace has a lounge area with a sofa and low table, as well as a dining area. Turn the corner and find a huge rocking sofa chair facing the sun. Walk into the flat and find a guest room, uniquely designed with frames covering the walls and a pull out couch bed. Down the hallway is an open plan kitchen which is completely new with a sleek kitchen island. The open plan living room is flooded with natural light, with discreet wood decor on the walls. The living room comes with a sitting area, and a small round dining area. There is a private alcove with a custom made desk for all your work from home needs. The living room gives access to the fantastic terrace which overlooks Gaudi's famous Sagrada Familia. The master bedroom can be accessed by the other side of the terrace. There is ample storage space and a queen sized bed with new sheets. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and fresh towels. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living room and in one bedroom.
