If you walk down, you will see the sightseeing point the Arc de Triomf and the Parc de la Ciutadella. If you keep walking down, eventually you will get to the beach area. Restaurants, local cafes and shops are in abundance in this area. Its a great choice for families, or for friends coming to Barcelona.

the master bedroom has a proper Spanish balcony overlooking the front street. The apartment and apartment building has been completely refurbished but has kept certain charming details that are so specific to Barcelona. The ceiling in the living room area, for example, has kept the great design that you can find in many Eixample apartments. The elevator has kept the antique metal design on the doors (although the mechanism is new). The rest of the apartment is very modern and of minimalist design, accentuating the space and natural light.
Cancellation Policy
- 48 hours notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 24 hours notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
