the master bedroom has a proper Spanish balcony overlooking the front street. The apartment and apartment building has been completely refurbished but has kept certain charming details that are so specific to Barcelona. The ceiling in the living room area, for example, has kept the great design that you can find in many Eixample apartments. The elevator has kept the antique metal design on the doors (although the mechanism is new).  The rest of the apartment is very modern and of minimalist design, accentuating the space and natural light.
