Our Intimate room is a small apartment on the ground floor near the inner garden. Designed over 18 square meters, the Intimate sleeps 2 people in a king-size bed and features a private bathroom. It is the smallest room at the Belfort, located on the ground floor and accessible from the private courtyard.
Belfort is located in Prenzlauer Berg. Once home to punk movements and the GDR opposition, the area has turned into one of the nicest districts of Berlin while still preserving its bohemian charm. Today the neighbourhood is popular with families, students, artists and well-known personalities of the German cultural scene. Within 10 min walking you are also in the trendy “Mitte“ area, where you'll find beautiful cafes, restaurants, bars and art galleries. The closest subway is U Senefelderplatz. Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
