We inform our guests that under Italian law, at the time of booking, they are required to provide us with the following information: name and surname - date and place of birth - address of residence CHECK-IN 16:00-18:00 CHECK-OUT: 8:30-10:00 After 18:00 self-check in is allowed. - Guests will find the keys in the mailbox that will open with a code (self check-in instructions will be provided by the host by email). Any extras must be paid in advance. In the absence of any extra payment and guest documents, access to the property is not allowed. - For early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability, a surcharge is required - Any increase or decrease in the number of guests must be communicated within 48 hours prior to the start date of stay. After this period, the customer is no longer entitled to change the number of guests. In case of non-communication of additional guests will be charged a penalty will be charged. We inform you that the maximum accommodation capacity of the villa is 14 people , but from 1 to 4 people 2 rooms will be available, from 1 to 8 people 4 rooms, from 1 to 10 people 5 rooms , from 1 to 12 people 6 rooms, from 0 to 14 people 7 rooms (futon beds)
