- Travel cots are provided on request and subject to availability.
- A security deposit fee of £100 is processed 48 hours before your arrival via a link sent to you at the time of booking. Our cleaning team inspects the property after your departure and the fee is returned after they confirm there was no breach of our T&Cs.
- Before you arrive, you will have received check-in instructions via email. This email will provide a code for the lock box and all instructions relating to the property. However, we are reachable via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
