We have 2 apartment in this central block which comes with parking in a gated car park to the rear of the building. There is secure entry and a lift to all floors.

The penthouse apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is on the third floor of this modern building - it’s just above our 2 bed/2 bath apartment and so is ideal (subject to availability) for groups of up to 8 people. It’s located in The Saints District of Ipswich which is centred around the Wolsey Statue in St Peters Street where you will find an exciting mix of cafes, independent shops and local businesses. It’s perfectly located between the main town centre and the popular Waterfront area and is a short walk away from the main business district.

Both apartments are furnished to a very comfortable level with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, range oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine and heated airer (or washer/dryer), iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment.

The penthouse living room has two 2-seater sofas and chairs, and access to the balcony that overlooks the main street. There’s a coffee table, dining table and chairs for four people and a Smart TV.
It has two double bedrooms which are at the rear of the property. There are two bathrooms; one ensuite to the master bedroom and a separate family bathroom with shower-over-bath - welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.

The 2 Bed apartment living room has a large corner sofa and a large window seat with cushions for watching the world go by. There’s a coffee table, dining table and chairs for four people and a Smart TV.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed which can be split into 2 twin beds upon request. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have wardrobe storage space.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower-over-bath and another with a shower cubicle - welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
