There is also a communal Laundry Room which has a number of washer/dryers.
The location of these studios are ideal. Across the road from Leicester Train station makes it super convenient when you arrive into Leicester by train. if you are driving again easily accessed by road to with a paid car park righ across the road. Turn left on teh main road with a short walk will take you into Leicester's vibrant city centre, turn right and you have an array of eateries on teh vibrant London Road, Victoria Park, DeMontfort Hall, teh universities and Leicester Royal Infirmary are all within walking distance from these apartmentments.

Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
