- Access is via lockbox, which is situated at the front door. The code will be sent at approximately 2pm on the day of your arrival.
- Private parking is available for 2 cars on drive, further free on-street parking is available - no permit required.
- Please send us a message on booking if you require use of the sofa beds or travel cot so we can ensure sufficient provision of linens.
- We allow up to 2 dogs upon request, sadly we do not accept cats.
- Please note: upon booking you will be required to sign a rental agreement that governs the terms of the stay & to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID for the lead booker. This information is for verification purposes only & is not stored.
- A Ring doorbell is in situ outside the property & a noise monitor (records decibels not conversations) solely for security purposes.
