Nestled in the heart of Newbury, these apartments are your ideal base to enjoy your stay away, business or leisure.
These historic buildings have been converted into a range of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments of all different shapes and sizes to provide a unique block of accommodation for groups of workers, colleagues and guests to stay. We currently have 12 apartments here, all uniquely furnished and equipped, all with Wi-Fi and large screen TV’s and of course fully fitted kitchens.
The Vodafone bus stop, train station and town centre are just a short walk away for extra convenience.
Cancellation Policy
Extensions of stays & cancellations notifications.
Once your booking has been confirmed by Phoenix Apartments any request to cancel or amend the booking must be confirmed in writing (email).
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 days, minus the number of days notice given.
Cancellations for stays below 14 nights will incur to a charge which amounts to no more than the total length of the stay.
This policy also applies to those guests in house should a stay be shortened.
