The property has lifts and also overlooks beautiful well manicured delightful playing fields of West Hertfordshire Sports Ground.  Guests will have access to the entire fully equipped tastefully furnished apartment which  comfortably sleep 6/7 guests, with zip link beds in the bedrooms that can easily be configured to Double size bed and 2 Singles or 4 single beds.  The lounge has a large double sofa beds  for the comfort of any extra staying guests

Offering a completely self sufficient living style, the kitchen is fully equipped with laundry facilities, Fridge-Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave and oven.  The apartment also has, Free High Speed wifi/Internet, and smart TV.  We provide high quality hotel standard white linen and towel which are commercially cleaned and our apartments are deep cleaned and sanitized after each stay.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
