Please note that a charge of £50 plus VAT will charged for call outs. This charge will apply PER call out. 

This charge also applies when Guests are locked out of their apartment out of office hours.  This charge may also apply if a call out is deemed as a non emergency matter (outside of office hours)

Guests will be required to share names of all guest that will be staying in apartment throughout duration of stay.
