On the ground floor you will enjoy a spacious living room with conservatory and fireplace, open dining room, office with shower/WC as well as terrace, small and larger garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms each with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a spacious bathroom/shower/WC as well as three small balconies. On the ground floor is the laundry room and a large storage room. The living room is very bright and everything feels very open as you have a gallery all along and the roof is high above it.
Guest access
The whole house is at your disposal, there are no locked rooms. There is a parking space in the underground garage, from where you can take a lift to the 4th floor and simply roll your luggage to the entrance to the house. There is also a direct entrance to the kitchen to carry food.
Other things to note
The entire terrace house will be cleaned and sanitized before and after all guests in accordance with Airbnb's COVID-19 policies. Nevertheless, we ask you to respect and follow the recommendations of the Federal Council and THE BAG.
Cancellation Policy
- Once booking has been made and paid there is no refund.
- If you have credit with thesqua.re this will also be for any apartment confirmed in writing.
