Enjoy the Spanish sun from not one but two terraces in this 85 square meter flat. The first terrace leading from the living room has a dining area to eat lunch outside with friends, as well as two sun chairs. The herbal garden adorned with lavender and rosemary plants will be in perfect bloom for the spring. The interior of the flat is painted in subtle greens and grey tones, reminiscent of the South of France in summertime. The open plan kitchen, decorated with wood and white marble, is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and kitchen utensils. The living room comes with a large comfortable couch from which to watch a movie or sit and read a good book. There is a bathroom in the hallway which comes with a rainshower, for use by guests. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed with brand new linens, and is decorated with dried olive branches throughout. The ensuite bathroom comes with a shower with a rainhead. The second room acts as an office and guest bedroom, with a pull-out double bed and a desk for your work from home needs. The small terrace outside the room has two chairs and a small table to enjoy an aperitivo. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV (Netflix access) and includes both indoor and outdoor work areas to meet all your work from home needs. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience.
