The kitchen offers all the amenities such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans and electrical appliances. The bathroom also has a washing machine. An ironing board and iron, as well as a drying horse and pegs are also featured in this apartment

Neighbouring Kollwitz to the west is famously arty. The fashionable but informal cafes along Ryke, Husemann and Kollwitzstraße enjoy large sunny terraces giving the place an air of the Med in fine weather. On Saturdays visit the weekly market at Kollwitzplatz and on Thursdays for the eco-market.
