TheSquare, a global serviced apartment provider, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of industry veteran Robin Spindel as Head of Marketing. She will help build brand recognition and grow market share as the company continues its international expansion.
Spindel brings over 20 years of hospitality marketing leadership, with deep expertise in corporate housing, global mobility and business travel. She most recently served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Synergy Global Housing, where she led the company's global brand transformation. Under her leadership, Synergy repositioned from a US-centric player into a global market leader.
Prior to Synergy, she served as Executive Vice President of Marketing at Furnished Quarters, where she helped drive a period of transformational growth that doubled the company's revenue and strengthened its competitive position in the market.

Spindel is a recognised leader in the corporate housing and global mobility space. She was named Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) Individual of the Year in 2025 and is a regular speaker, moderator and contributor at industry conferences. She also remains actively involved with CHPA, GBTA, FEM and NYCORP, contributing to thought leadership and educational programming across the sector.
The appointment reflects TheSquare's continued investment in its brand and marketing function as it enters its next phase of growth.
Spindel will make her first in-person appearance for the company at the GBTA Convention, the premier global business travel event, to be held from 3–5 August 2026 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
