The 5th floor Social Spaces offer a warm welcome, a buzzing bar, a living room, a living kitchen, co-working spaces and plenty of outdoor green spaces to cater to all the social and practical needs of international mix of residents. Open 24/7, the bar is the place to go for an energizing coffee, a beer or a break. The living room is a comfortable, homey space designed for relaxing around our fireplace and having small, intimate gatherings or work sessions. Our Living Kitchen is simple and honest: healthy, delicious food served fast and enjoyed at our long communal tables, bringing together fresh tastes and shared stories. In between meals, find an easy-going but hard-working atmosphere in our collaborative, communal working space and meeting rooms. Globally savvy but locally rooted, you will be welcomed by your helpful Sidekick: host, friendly neighbor, problem solver, connector and more – and always focused on getting you from A to Z (and back again).
located in West Amager on the vibrant Amager Island, just 7 minutes from the city center by metro (or 10 minutes by bike, the most preferred local mode of transportation in Copenhagen). Known for its stunning modern architecture, the area is right next to an amazing natural park called Amager Fælled, which is the perfect place to escape from the busyness of the inner city and mingle with locals. Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
