- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival. This is for all lengths of stay for below 30-nights.
- 21 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival. This is for all lengths of stay for above 30-nights.
- Non Refundable for the bookings falls under event days like Arab Health, Guf Food, GITEX, EID, Christmas and New Year period.
- Pre-termination is not allowed, can be discussed on case to case basis
